Mi-Jack offers a wide range of services for project implementation, maintenance, and support. With over 15 years of experience integrating technology for our customers, nearly 60 years of experience with the manufacture and repair of equipment and with 22 service locations across North America, Mi-Jack can provide a wide variety of convenient offerings to meet the needs of our customers.
Mi-Jack uses a Systems Integration approach to Project Implementation utilizing a standard project approach. A typical implementation proceeds through the following stages lead by a Project Manager and the appropriate technical and installation support resources.

Maintenance & Support
Mi-Jack offers comprehensive Maintenance and Support options including software, hardware support, and on-site support.
The maintenance and support offerings cover all software license and application updates, bug fixes and patches and 24 x 7 phone support for all current version software products.
Options for Maintenance and Support on Hardware components include 24 x 7 phone support and can be serviced by a mail in repair program, or on-site.
Mi-Jack offers a standard one-year hardware and software warranty that is included in the price of our product. Maintenance and Support for year one is also included in our turnkey system price.
In addition to our one-year warranty, Mi-Jack offers a unique extended warranty agreement that provides full equipment and software warranty for hardware upgrades and replacement as well as software upgrades for the life of the agreement (excluding damage). This extended warranty offer provides protection against “end of life” for the system and its components. Spare units are provided to the customer under our extended warranty, at no cost to the customer. This unique product leads to a reduction in total cost of ownership as compared to the majority of the technology providers in the industry. A U.S. based corporate headquarters combined with over 22 strategically located Mi-Jack / TSI facilities throughout the North America provide the ability for Mi-Jack to respond timely to meet the support needs of our customers.
